Training of Trainers (TOT1) | In-Person

Overview:

TOT1 training is typically 3-5 days in duration, covered in one week.

Who it’s for:

  • Missions pastors who want to engage with CHE
  • Missionaries (or those planning to become missionaries) to learn in more detail about:
  • Completion of a TOT1 is required before the complete database of CHE lessons can be received

You’ll learn to:

  • The fundamentals of CHE in the real world and how it works
  • How CHE programs get started and how they are led locally
  • The important roles of the trainers (CHE’s), master trainers, and committee members, and how these groups are trained
  • Ideas for learning about the community and how to enter the community
  • Participatory Learning Activities to help communities make their own discoveries
