Whether through a bequest, trust, or beneficiary designation, your legacy reflects a lifetime of faithful presence and practical love.

Simple ways to create your legacy

Wills & Living Trusts (Bequests)

Name MAI for a specific amount, a percentage, or the residuary of your estate—while keeping full control of your assets during your lifetime.

Sample bequest language (share with your attorney)

“I give to Medical Ambassadors International, a nonprofit organization (EIN:94-2691184), currently located at P.O. Box 1302 Salida, CA 95368, the sum of $___ (or ___% of my estate, or the residue of my estate) for its general charitable purposes.”

Name MAI as a primary or contingent beneficiary of:

Retirement accounts (IRA/401k/403b), Life insurance policies, or Bank/brokerage accounts via Payable on Death (POD) or Transfer on Death (TOD) forms.

You keep ownership and control while living; remaining assets transfer directly to MAI at death.

Recommend MAI as a successor beneficiary of your DAF, or make a final grant to MAI from remaining DAF assets.

Your advisor may recommend a Charitable Remainder Unitrust (CRUT) or other planned-giving vehicle to meet income and tax goals while providing a future gift to MAI.
