A marginalized community living in the hinterlands of the Kenyan coast are facing a devastating crisis, and we urgently need your help to provide immediate relief. Due to a combination of military restrictions aimed at curbing Al-Shabaab activities and failed crops, the people are suffering from a severe food shortage. Traditionally, they rely on hunting, gathering, and honey harvesting for survival. But due to restrictions on movement, they are unable to access vital forest resources, and their usual food sources, such as wild fruits and nuts, are insufficient to meet their nutritional needs. Our field leaders in the region are asking for assistance feeding 200 families.
