Tim joined MAI in 2026 and brings over 30 years of global ministry experience. He first became familiar with MAI during a CHE training in 2002. He and his family were part of church planting and community development teams in both Malawi and Mozambique where they lived among the Muslim Yawo people for 13 years. Tim will serve MAI through a mix of relational support and networking amongst our regional and country coordinators while helping to oversee and implement communications and media initiatives. He and his wife, Naomi, live in Oregon and have four grown children and two grandchildren. They are actively involved in leadership at All Souls Anglican Church in Portland.
