MAI Christmas Greetings

As Christmas approaches, I’ve been reflecting on what really matters.

Not programs. Not reports. People. Lives. Faithfulness over time.

This short video is a simple Merry Christmas from friends and partners around the world. Different languages. Different places. One shared hope. It’s a reminder that the message of Christmas still reaches hearts, no matter the distance.

This year was personal for me. I stepped into the role of CEO, carrying a deep sense of stewardship for this mission. I also became a grandpa for the first time. And that has a way of focusing your heart on legacy, on what we’re passing on, and on the kind of world the next generation will inherit.

What encouraged me most this year wasn’t growth charts or big plans. It was watching ordinary believers step forward, serve their neighbors, and live out their faith in practical ways.

This year, we saw communities take ownership, not wait for handouts.
–> Churches become places of hope throughout the week, not just on Sundays.
–> Families experience real change in health, dignity, and faith.
–> Light continuing to shine, even in hard and uncertain places.

The Bible says, “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not lose heart. That’s been my prayer this year. Keep going. Stay faithful. Trust God with the harvest.

As we look toward a new year, your partnership truly matters. Year-end giving helps us continue this work, support local leaders, and step into January ready for what God has ahead.

If you’ve given, thank you.
If you’re considering a last-minute gift, this is a meaningful opportunity.
And if you’re simply watching and praying, that matters too.

From my family and from our global family, Merry Christmas.
