Man's Reflection in Water (AI generated)

Vision Matters

In my experience, the future usually isn’t a clear window.
It’s more like water.

We lean in.
We see a reflection.
We imagine what might be beneath the surface.
But we don’t really know, not even one second ahead.

As we step into 2026, I’m reminded that vision matters. Scripture is clear about that. Vision gives direction.
But vision has to be held with open hands.

We plan.
We discern.
And then we trust because while we make our plans, the Lord ultimately establishes our steps.

Paul said we see “through a glass, dimly.”
That feels about right.
This posture matters for how we’re leading Medical Ambassadors International this year.

We’re stepping into 2026 with growing clarity around where God seems to be leading us and deep humility about how it will unfold. We’re sensing a call to go deeper rather than wider, to focus on fewer places with greater faithfulness, presence, and long-term transformation.

We have plans.
We also have open hands.

If you’re the praying kind, we’d value prayer this year for wisdom, discernment, courage, and for communities where real, lasting change takes root in ways only God can orchestrate.
Clear direction.
Open hands.
